RecommendedI'd like to give s good word for Steve the front desk attendant, he was kind and very friendly, even tho he had a hard time dealing with a very rude customer he managed to stay professional kept the location clean and had an entertaining conversation with me and my son. I am absolutely appalled by the service I received with the counter person. He was rude and didn’t answer any of my questions. My bus ran over an hour late and quite honestly I will never travel greyhound again.
The man at the front desk was rude and racist, my boyfriend and I went there to drop off our friend so he could go back to connecticut, when we went in there to go to the bathroom, he didnt say a word, but when our friend who happened to have a different skin color came in to get his ticket thingy set up, this guy was being so rude to us and assuming things that were not true, he also had his car parked in the middle of where the busses are supposed to park, also the bathrooms were gross.
