Fast friendly and was early to my pickup
Absolutely the worst for of travel I've ever experienced. Don't think you will get a refund cuz you wont! The lack of sanitation is sickening! Seriously! My Friend got sick from being on our first bus and was sick throughout our vacation. Our second bus back is even worse! All we could smell the whole time was the septic tank as well as people using the bathroom, disrespectfully defficating so everyone can smell it! Will never use these services again and i dont recommend greyhound ever!
