I’m also giving you a review. But if I could I would give y’all a 0. On December the 22nd I was suppose to leave Fort Worth at 9am to go to Houston. Unfortunately due to Greyhound not having a driver for that bus, we didn’t get to leave until 2pm. Having a five hour delay is absolutely unacceptable to me as a passenger. I'm not giving any stars because your services are terrible I've been on the phone trying to get ahold of you for around an hour this is ridiculous you should have better people to man your phone lines
There website is horrible, you can't get info and when you call on the phone you always get a busy signal.
It is a cool suit it is my frist time on it but there should be the withe pages as well
After several attempts to navigate to the website for Greyhound Bus Lines I gave up and called the station. I was redirected to "useek.com". This sent me to crise lines vacations destinations...everything except what wanted!! I simply desired to purchase a bus ticket. When I found the bus schedules for greyhound it directed me bus and travel planning a trip...nothing with the current arrival and departure times that I needed. I was totally frustrated with this web site!
