Poor customer service
Staff are not friendly. From outside the station is infested with roaches and rats. When the Greyhound bus or flix bus comes around 2 or 3 AM, the station is closed. We had to wait outside till morning when the public transportation is on. This is very inconvenient especially when you have to use the bathroom and nothing around you open and it's cold outside. This is not acceptable.
