Not the best but not the worst either. I guess thats not very helpful but that's my review.
Pretty decent and clean. Gets the job done.
Transit security is garbage and have nothing better to do than to harass people.
Customer service phone line is useless. Total waste of time.
I recently traveled from Cali to Arizona and the driver who picked me up in Tucson racially discriminated against 5 people who where White and I got delayed tell 1030 pm then had to deal with Phoenix pd they were nice and professional with me I got to bored my bus however seems she lacked the skill to identify a problem with the bus it broke down 4 times and she put it in a ditch wat ignorant women she was so yea definitely need new drivers
