Deserves 0 star! Was over charged for the bag. Called to dispute, they were very rude, hesitant to help and had no clue nor wanted to listen when I explained them. They also hung up the call. Had to call twice. Very unprofessional.
Nie wieder Greyhound! Sie verkaufen viel zu viele Pässe als das sie busse haben! Ich habe einen Monatspass für eine Menge Geld gekauft, der Flexibilität versprochen hat. Jede zweite Busfahrt ist jedoch ausgebucht. Mir ist bewusst, dass Hochsaison ist aber es kann nicht sein, dass es trotz frühzeitigem Buchen (3/4 wochen) mindestens zwei Wochen am Stück kein Bus mehr frei ist auf der Strecke. Den Kundenservice interessiert das auch nicht weiter.Kann es keinem empfehlen!

Comfortable bus service. Very easy to manage bookings online. Punctuality could be better, though.
Greyhound is the best service if you want to travel the east coast. We missed our bus and were not sure if we could take the next one as the hotline was already out of office. PETER, the driver of the bus to Sydney called the ops center and rebooked everything for us. Kindest and most helpful bus driver I’ve ever met!
