So get this. I buy a ticket for a friend of mine, and I accidentally put the wrong name. I call Greyhound thinking it isn't a big deal to fix it, so I do. They had me call every god damn bus company you can think of (not really but I'm pissed), and were ADAMANT that they couldn't change anything about the ticket.
