first off it was late! did not knw bout the assigned seating so my daughter and I were separated! Only stop was CC and tht was more thn 10 min causing more of a delay to arrive to my destination. while on the ride the charger ports were I was seated didnt work!!! lastly arrival was 45 min later!
Not clean, restrooms not working properly and not attended for cleaning. Wifi on the bus the driver didn't knew the password
