Worst service ever . They were delayed and then came ealry left a group of 8 people a complete unorganized mess .
I scheduled/paid for a trip to Austin yesterday & I couldn’t go because my man canceled so I asked Clarese the customer service person for greyhound and she said I couldn’t get a discount or changed my trip for another day. They’re saying my money I paid for my trip is void and I just have to pay for another trip even though they got my money from a cancelled trip
It's a real nice place clean everybody's very very helpful
I went to drop off a relative around noon. It was not that busy. Traffic was light. Theres a parking area but u have to pay 5 online by scanning the sign. Inside the station not too busy. The bathrooms were a lil dirty. We didnt pay for extra bag so we didnt have to check it in. We were allowed on carry on and another under bus no tags required.
