Beautiful home located in Torquay Home is beautifully decorated and comfortable for the residents. Staff are kind and compassionate and the food is wonderful

My Mum has been a resident at Greycliffe Manor for 3 months, and the whole team have done a wonderful job of helping her to settle in. This has enabled her to develop lovely relationships with both staff and residents. Mum is always treated with care, respect and dignity and all her needs are met wonderfully. Mum enjoys the daily activities and loves to share what she has been doing with myself and other family members. The meals are home cooked and in mum's own words 'delicious'. Appaling place. Like a rabbit warren. Full of incompetent staff. My dad fell and broke his hip within 24 hours of being admitted there. He was stuck out of the way in a back room in a completely inappropriate bed. He was hallucinating from Parkinsons and very fragile. Safeguarding review was a farce. On top of that a bag is missing and his inventory is full of items that were not even his. I've emailed them about this and have not had a response.

Very pleasent happy home,the care is second to none,and throughout Covid the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure the clients remain happy and well cared for.They have used various way to keep them in contact with family,such as post cards,Skype,WhatsApp. Keep up the good work team,😁
