This business prepared my state and federal income taxes . They were 5 months late in filing ( i had to file an extension) and thus i had to pay an interest penalty. This was the 1st time in 45 years that i was late with my returns. Even though i provided all necessary information on a timely basis, there was procrastination and clerical incompetence on their end. Phone calls and emails were not returned . Extremely bad,rude and very unprofessional behavior. Never returned any of multiple phone messages left and Darcy actually yelled * Off at me when trying to get and pay for my taxes when I got there 10 minutes before they closed at 3pm but locked the doors and turned on the answering machine. When I saw them through the window sitting around talking. I had to leave work early to get there which is 45 min away. Stay far away from this place!!!!!!!! Many other better and professional places to go to.
