Extremely rude and unprofessional. I visited their office and I was seeking for a spousal pr application help. Unfortunately the lady i met she couldn't do any help as she wasn't the professional and she told me she will book me an appointment with a professional RCIC. I suppose to meet him on Friday . She never confirmed my appointment even though i called few times and tried to reach her out.
