Do NOT order from their online store if you think you might have to return your item. I visited this store in Naples, Florida. The designs are absolutely beautiful. My mom purchased a gorgeous top. At the beginning of the summer, I decided to order a black ruffle dress. However, the smallest size was extremely large on me once I received it in the mail. My mom is a true fan of Gretchen Scott's items. That’s why I’ve been to every one of their stores. Amazingly, I was met with great professionalism everywhere—I think they must have a unified customer service standard because the atmosphere in the stores is fantastic. Most often, I buy clothes as gifts, and it’s hard for me to guess what my mom will like. However, the girls working there definitely have great taste and a sense of trends because every gift I choose makes my mom so happy, and she wears it with great pleasure.
The funny sign on the front door inviting handsome men into their man cave for comfort and a drink while their partner shops is what drew us in. When we entered, they offered us a beverage, water, soda, or wine for those of us over 21. Great proprietary fashions for upscale style for a fancy party or a beach house party. Great housewares and gift ideas, including more silly signs, scarves, and stuff. In the shopping area built in 1930's the entrance is by several steps. Beware you can only get store credit. No refund to original payment even brand new tags still on and less than 7 days later. So if you change your mind, the best you’ll get is store credit. And the people working there push to sell but ignore when it looks like you have a return; skipped by someone with a purchase when obviously standing there in line waiting to return something…
