So very disappointed in our 2024 tax services this year. We’ve been using Gress for our taxes for over a decade. This year our filing was super delayed, despite our having all of the necessary documents to him on time. When we could get a hold of Daren (which was a challenge), he reassured us that he had it handled. Now we face almost $900 in penalties due in 3 days to the federal government and we can’t get a call back from him, which was the norm since April. So, so disappointing.
First time meeting Daren. Wow! Let just say, no regrets leaving my other tax guy. Daren is amazing.
