This has been the worst experience Ive received from a professional. Id hate anyone to go through this is an area such as finance. Ive never written a review in my life before today. I'll agree with Chads review. I also hired Isaiah in 2020. I paid upfront. He verbalized a "package deal" that's not even listed on his site nor where there outlined deliverables in writing which I thought was a red flag but moved forward because he sounds great over the phone. We hired Isaiah to complete our 2020 taxes. We were very excited after our initial conversation with him and quickly sent all the requested documents and fees. Over the next three months we received very spotty communication at best. We were assigned to one of his employees without our knowledge (he didn’t disclose this fact in our consultation or in his retainer letter) and then a week before the May due date he told us had fired her due to performance issues, and he would be filing our return for us.
