I am very impressed by their very caring, loving, and professional staff. The facility feels more like a resort with a warm feeling of home sweet home. They are very inclusive and make you feel like family. I especially love the individualized excellent care they give to each resident. The cost is also very reasonable!

We had my mother in law here for a short period of time and certainly hoped for the best. I had interviewed management muse when looking to place her. Instead I saw residents walking around in diapers unattended and the halls smelled of urine. I politely told management each time and they were quick to deny it. My mother in law fell and was undiscovered for 2 hours despite having her remote on to contact the staff. I know this is a very hard business and support staff are poorly paid. I used love this place but the owners don't know how to appreciate thier hard workers the owners hires thier family members and let them get away with murder so alot of the hard workers has moved on and owners doesn't even know about the residents if you want to know about ur family members you should ask the caregiver first they are with them way more. I'm so grateful to be a part of this teamwork, we all treat each other as if we are all family coworkers and our residents. We take pride in our work. We like our place to shine like a diamond inside and out. We all take good care of our residents. During my visits as a community business owner, I find the staff caring, upbeat and engaging. Also, when bringing my Black Lab to provide furry cuddles to resident dog lovers, the Activity Director and residents are enthusiastic and happy.
