Wyatt has great customer service and overall a nice guy
Not sure if they have a way too, but, I definitely like one of the mechanics the most here I got my preference. If that guy could just work on my bike every time that would be cool. But it seems more like a first come, first serve whoever is working that day type of deal. Still pretty good service here overall.

(2025/01/02) Went again today, the issues were solved, so far so good. When cycling on my lowest-end commuter bike, I could feel that extra work was done to it (e.g., bottom bracket, gear and front brake), though I was initially coming only for the rear brake. However, no extra labour charges, at all. Thanks to the team, especially to Evan with his work and suggestions.
