Super helpful and responsive. They were one of the only shops in Canada/North America with the frame I was looking for and within an hour I had heard back from Mason and they were willing to ship it. Answered all my questions well and would certainly recommend these guys.
Amazing experience! Called about a flat (my son wrecks stuff sometimes lol). Went in same day, and it was repaired right away. The vibe in the shop was amazing, their knowledge and passion about bikes shines through! Nice to see such a great group of people going out of their way to provide the best service!
