Had to go today for the first time cause I needed a bell. Walked in and greeted right away. Lots of selection on bells and everything else. Very willing to help and answer questions. I was able to buy a bell and install it right away. I also asked questions about my bike specifically and I got answers. It was nice. They signed me up for their promo list, and since I bike everyday why not right. So if you need bike stuff and you’re downtown, check this guys out. They have a shop out back where they can do repairs on the spot.

Thankful for a place like Gremlin’s in town. They’ve turned around service/guidance in a pinch when I’ve needed it, and always done excellent work. Staff are genuine bike enthusiasts, super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
