An employee called me to tell me I couls pick up my glasses. I asked if they cluld send them to Centre Eaton because thst is what I was originally told. She asked me where and I repeated the name of the mall. French is my second language. She mocked my pronunciation of the mall. I asked to speak to someone else, she laughed and then said "dont worry they will call you tomorrow and I will transfer your file", refusing to tell me what would happen with my glasses and then hung up on me.
