Was asked to come in for a interview. I showed up 20 minutes early walked in to tell them I was there and got told the position had been filled before I got there. They could have called. Then instead of the hiring manager coming out and telling me themselves they told the front desk attendant to tell me.
There is lack of communication. Not enough people to give residents the attention they need. Not sure if they give the medication to the residents that they need. Need to have some kind of programs to help the residents.
Extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone in this facility. The longest I have waited for someone to pick up is 10 minutes and no one ever picks up the phone. This has been an on-going issue for about a year and probably longer.
