Gregory is very thorough and helps you see the deeper meaning behind your behaviours. The techniques he offers are effective and I definitely recommend him.
I have seen a couple of hypnotherapists prior and Gregory is completely next level to anyone I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable, friendly and great results. Highly recommend
I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Gregory. Like I imagine most people, I came in with a bit of apprehension but at the point of my life I was willing to try anything. After two short sessions I have made Leaps and Bounds towards incredible progress, it was not a one and done, fix it all situation. But he's given me the necessary tools to move forward in a positive light and I look forward to my third session with him. Could not recommend him any more if I tried.

Had my first session. To address issues around confidence and social phobia. After the first session, I feel great. When I walked out, it felt like- When you come out of a ocean swim, just all refreshed with a new sense of self and direction. I swear I've had more conversations with strangers in one day then I normally do in two weeks. . Only good things ahead.
