I will keep this brief, and am certain Greg will add a response to my review, as he seems to be very diligent in responding to the negative ones. Far more diligent than providing good services to actual clients. Firstly, there are always 2 sides to a story and I am aware this is but my perspective. Our family had a bad experience here that I will detail below. We do not recommend other new clients seek this place to have their taxes done. We contracted with Gregory Holsinger CPA to complete our 2023 taxes. We submitted our paperwork in a timely fashion to the company in time for their deadline to complete. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I reached out for a status check and was informed that they had not been started yet. We tried to get Greg’s firm to do our families taxes and 2 months after we submitted our documents he would not provide an estimated completion date because he had existing clients that took precedence and became very defensive when pressed for any estimated date. We totally understand not having the time taking on new clients but let us know upfront! You don’t even want to see the threats and ridiculous behavior from Greg after we decided to go elsewhere and asked for our documents back before we paid him. Been in the busin... read more
