I wasted 6 weeks gathering documents and spent $500 on an appraisal which I never received. I contacted the appraiser and she insisted I contact the lender. This may be a scam between Greg and the appraiser. In the end everything fell through due to Greg’s ridiculously overinflated estimate of my homes value. Avoid
