Gregg Rosenberg is the worst! Do not hire him as your employment attorney. I agree with the other reviewers. Mr. Rosenberg makes big promises in the beginning - he'll fight for you in court, he'll use clever legal tactics to win your case - but in the end, he does very little legal work and then tells you that you have no case and that you won't win in court. Rosenberg totally ripped me off. He demanded a 10,000 Retainer. I borrowed the money from my CU then signed a contract. Rosenberg turned around and resigned leaving me stranded in Court. He did no depositions, no discovery, no nothing. He skipped on me. The firm has threatened to sue me for printing my story.
Nightmare... I agree with Justin, this guy is all about how much money he can get from a client.... not about substance or winning. Find a REAL attorney...not this clown!
If you want to lose a lot of money and have nothing to show for it then Gregg M. Rosenberg is for you. This guy is a joke of an Attorney. He is the worst attorney that you could possibly imagine. He promised big things in the beginning and racked up a huge bill and did not provide a single thing and left me without a case. He is an amateur when it comes to being an attorney.
