I can’t praise Attorney Greg Smith enough. We were part of a guided UTV tour. The tour company gave us a faulty vehicle that kept breaking down, yet they insisted we continue driving it until it ultimately failed completely. Shockingly, instead of taking responsibility, the company sued us for the damage, hiding behind the liability waiver we signed. Had the best experience working with Greg Smith and Associates. I can't say enough good things these about these guys, very highly recommend. Dennis Bray and Greg were on my team in a traffic court and got my case written off and made the whole ordeal a breeze. Very fair price and super friendly and highly effective representation. 10/10!
Updating review to 1 star. I hired Greg Smith and Associates to write a letter requesting reimbursement for medical and vet expenses regarding a dog attack my dog and I suffered and trying to work with this firm was more painful than the bites. Greg offered to take me to lunch and then on the day of the meeting he pushed back the time to 2 and then just moved it to his office. Updating review to 1 star. I hired them to write a letter so that I can avoid going to small claims court. I paid upfront and its been a week with no letter, and every call and text has been ignored. I wouldn't recommend hiring this company.
Greg Smith is incredible! I called him early on a Saturday morning, and he answered right away and was able to see me an hour later. Patrick was there in the office too! He patiently walked me through my questions and gave me the reassurance I desperately needed. I just retained him as my lawyer, and I’m already blown away by his responsiveness and expertise. If you’re looking for a top-notch attorney who genuinely cares, Greg is the real deal—five stars all the way!
