Just finished working with Greg and I have to say best experience ever. My first time dealing with a brokerage in Canada and I was a little nervous about it but Greg made the process so smooth and fast. He was available 24 h, coming back with answer and options literally in 10 minutes. Purchase a home is a big step, mainly for newcomers in Canada, so you need someone like Greg that knows the market, moves fast and u definitely trust that all will be perfect. Highly recommended. 👍

I worked with Greg to find a new mortgage rate from January 2024 to April 2024 (when my mortgage renewed). Greg always responded so quickly! It is impossible to predict how the rates will go but his guidance helped me make what I believe ended up being the best decision possible for my situation! He also has an awesome sense of humour which made an anxiety provoking process fun! I will definitely consult Greg again in future. Thank you, Greg!
