Greg and his team were wonderful. To purchase a home can be so stressful and they made it stress free. Communication was amazing.
Greg and his team were incredibly professional on a recent transaction. We shopped the rates with about 10 different lenders and CMG came up on top. If you're looking for the best lender in the area you've found it. I can't say enough good things about him and his team. This process is usually equated to an enema for me. Much much more pleasant this go around.
Greg walked us through the process with amazing patience, and taught us well. The AIO loan is nothing we've used before, and he explained it all so well. Even in a difficult environment to purchase a home, and with higher interest rates, this product makes great sense for us, and has worked very well. For the right candidate, I highly recommend this product, and to go through Greg when you do.
