No response from the warranty claim email so went to the store. Bat split in half, they admitted it was a manufacturing defect but because it was 2 weeks out of warranty… nothing. Be wary of warranty even a few days. Never buying here again Further to Owners Response -There were no disrespectful interactions with staff, and I firmly reject any suggestion otherwise. Poor comment.
