Sent them a regular message through their 'Contact Us' on their website asking a few questions and basically trying to give them business which would be ongoing for the foreseeable future. That was like 10 days ago and I never heard back. So, I'm taking away that they aren't very professional and lack attention to detail, not who I would want as my accountant anyway.

I really love having Greg and staff on my side! As a small business owner i really need help navigating the ins and outs of taxes and expenses, etc and Greg and team have been indispensable in that regard. Mike and Ryan have both proven to be extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. I would recommend them to anyone- and I have!
