Insane driver cutting people off on hyw 1 outside of Chilliwack
Almost killed me on highway 1. Absolute menace of a driver. Lane changed with a late signal while I was already beside him. Ignored my honking and put me onto the shoulder/median. I called and they appeared to stall/blow me off now they're dodging my calls.
