Barb Bakshis, Lynn Taylor, Mallory Elsbury and Jean Scherrer have all gone out of their way to help me with questions with my personal and business banking. All of the bank staff makes me feel welcome whenever I come to the bank. Also a shout out to Lori Jacobson at the Lake Geneva bank.
Tellers are efficient and helpful. Jean Scherrer has gone out of way to help me with setting up accounts and with helping me with on line banking, all with a smile on her face. She has also called if there any possible problems with my account. I have also found Lyn Taylor to be an asset in the bank who is also friendly, helpful and competent. I can’t say enough good things about these 2 women and this bank.
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences when I have come to Greenwoods Bank. They went above and beyond when my mom passed and I had to take care of business afterward. I live in a larger city and have never experienced the personal, caring customer service like I received here.
I worked here for almost three years, just two months shy of my anniversary. I got FIRED for no absolute reason. Crying and trying to ask questions and having your boss just shrug her shoulders at, seriously took a lot to hold my own in. But wow, It is true, you are just a number, an object to these people.
