Worst experience at monroe wi with rude manager that rolls her eyes and tells you maybe you should go to a different bank instead of fixing the problem they created by canceling the wrong debt card. Then having same card number that won't let you activate the card to call your bank but the manager blames you. Just wow a middle age lady acting like a bully.
I’ve been banking here for 7 years. Very rude staff, not all, but most of them. It has been this way for the last couple years. It’s very exhausting dealing with rude staff members every time. I will be changing banks very soon.
