Our experience with Greenwood Manor has been deeply disappointing. When our loved one developed delirium due to infection, the focus quickly shifted from supporting their recovery to encouraging a move to another facility. This was despite our family being consistently present, cooperative, and responsive to the home's needs. While most of the staff were kind and professional, one particular head nurse was consistently abrupt and lacking in empathy, which added to an already stressful situation. The kitchen , cleaning , laundry and admin staff are all really good to work with. The lifestyle team are great fun and do an amazing job.
