My partner bought me a laptop bag for Christmas from Greenwood Leather. Bag looks great however after less than 3 weeks use the stitching on the star started to come away. My partner contacted Greenwood Leather via email and online form without any response to her queries. I have also emailed and sent a query via their website (I couldn’t find a phone number) also without a response. I would suggest avoiding buying anything from these guys as quality isn’t there and back up service is non existent.
I bought a bag on the 2 Nov 2024, 15 days later the stitches are coming undone, I'm so disappointed as it was a gift, now I email and ri g and nobody gets back to me. I bought it from Sydney and live in Melbourne so I can't take it back to the shop. I love the bag. Just want it fixed, am very happy with the company they have replaced bag and took one day to resend it, very happy with service thank you!
I purchased a small yellow backpack, loved it when I received it and wrote a positive review on the website. Unfortunately, when caught out in the rain, I found that the rain left green-ish marks. These disappeared after a while. Then, as the weather warmed up and I was out and getting a bit sweaty, I realised that the dye was rubbing off onto my clothing.
