Really strange experience today. Spent several days communicating with a nice fellow via email. Cleared the day and booked a weekend appointment ready to give the local dealer a shot. Discussed trading in my truck, dealer said they’d have the prospective car ready to go for a test drive. Showed up with wife and kids, ready to buy. Love the service department here! They've always treated us like family. Recently brought the car in with a major breakdown and they researched it and found a warranty policy we didn't even know we had to cover it 100%. No incentive for them, just great service taking care of us. Car drives like a dream again and was done in half the time they quoted!
