I had cancelled services with this company for my home in Tyler, Texas (they require 30 days' notice and a $72 cleanup fee, which is unreasonable), and the representative I spoke to for the cancellation advised me to ensure autopay is turned off after we get off the call. So I went online and turned off autopay. He then said I would be emailed, as usual, for my last invoices and could pay them at that time. Deborah was extremely rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. Apparently her idea of helping is to yell and act abusively towards customers. She should retrained or terminated. If anyone who reads these would like evidence I have dash cam footage of her behavior.
