I'm a senior with osteoporosis and high blood pressure and do Wendy Rosa's excellent, focused and effective exercise classes which range from fit after fifty to balance🤸♀️ stretching♂️ strength♀️, walking dancing . She's knowledgeable, clear, encouraging. Greenwich Senior center members are blessed to have such a pro helping us stay fit! Join us! 🤓☺️
