Please make sure to do your due diligence before signing anything. Attached is a neighbor’s experience. If you are 100% sure you want to live there, go for it. But please look out for your loved ones and watch for manipulative, deceptive sales practices. If they are really the best place for seniors, they would not take advantage of them.

Greenway had me sign a contract under duress. We had no plans to move and had told the salesman Matt, that when we did, it would be to a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community). We said the next morning that we did not want the apartment. Long story short, we have been trying for almost a year to get back our $6,461.00 deposit.
