Call to find out about transportation to VA Hospital in Salisbury NC on certain day. But first told they didn’t. Then told they wasn’t sure. Gave schedule office number. I was not able to leave mission plus they never answered. Then I was hunged up on. It’s ok because they are people who help a veteran
I am standing at a bus stop and watched a bus turn around before it got me. The driver told dispatch they couldn't make it to the bus stop. I made a video of cars being rerouted after me where the accident is. Who do I send this video to? This bus system is crap.🤬Bad enough they don't run after 5 pm. People are not always able to get a job on this bus schedule. Something has to be done

I’ve had bad experiences with more than one driver. Some of the drivers don’t believe in actually stopping, so that a passenger can have the ability to get on the bus. It’s frustrating and inconsiderate professionally. There’s need and room for development and improvement.
