I applied to Villas Los Duraznos on August 6th 2026. At first I went in person for a tour of an apartment with the A1 floor plan. I only knew this because I had already looked online prior to coming in and knew essentially what I was looking for. When I came to the front desk there was where I saw a lady and a man just sitting at the long desk staring at the computers in front of them (I never once learned that lady’s name). Dont come to this place, they will want you to leave them a 5star review in exchange of getting "one month free of rent." Except, what they also dont tell you, is they do the classic bait/switch on customers and will also leave fake charges on your account so that they get the money that wouldve already been given anyways. This company is very terrible, and management will never respond to tickets/work orders. The place is also filled with roaches and rats but they try really hard to hide it.
Excellent move-in experience and great customer service. The apartment was really well renovated and extremely well priced!
You get nothing fixed properly and it takes forever for them to repair anything sad
