Pest, horrible customer service, hidden fees, just careless. I can go on and on.
So far not so rosey. Raised my rent 50% on a studio So I got a much better deal down the road . Waiting on My deposit money. No one wants to talk about it.

The property I live at is a mess. I’ve been asking for the floors in my bathroom to get fixed since I moved in, they lie about amenities, they took down all the security cameras, other tenants are rude and noisy and they want to raise my rent by $130 for NOTHING!!!! The office will not answer the phone. They think their units are worth way too much for what it is.
