They don't know how to answer their phones I have an appointment at 8:00 a.m. for my son and I was calling for almost an hour and no answer. This is the second time I had to cancel my son's appointment. My son is only a month old and his appointments are important. And having a public service that doesn't answer phones is an issue

Great public transportation system clean van's helpful drivers and friendly dispatchers.
So me and my girlfriend had to make another trip and due to it being an hour late we to put $20 so we didn't have to give money again and now we have to go to Sherwood witch technically a part of Greenville. But they said we need a 24-hour for a county trip even though that never been the case and they were an hour late for a pickup too for the original ride
