I have to ride the bus a lot rn and I'm forced to put up with a lot, I mean the 1.5 star rating from an EnTire city speaks for itself, I dono if it's the the system or the people but this Suuuuuuuucls, youre literally paying money for stress and frustration when you use this system. This is probably common knowledge but USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Suggestion: Announce to your loyal customers on the intercom system where the buses are parked during a Greenville event. I waited at the Whitehorse Road bus stop in the terminal and there was no bus at its ground at 8:15am. I called my appointments today to postpone since I found out at the front desk all the buses left..I was flabbergasted at the 'misinformation'. Announcement by drivers face to face does not help. I remember hearing announcement when buses were about to take off - yes it was loud but appreciated.

I do like the fact that I can see the public transit lines as a layer on top of Google Maps, and that I can access that anytime from my Android phone. Since I no longer drive, that's extremely useful.
