Beautiful new facility…Clean, fast , efficient, helpful and incredibly kind staff… from the police officers in the parking lot to the screening officers to keep us safe… the kind lady that collected my money was sweet and patient… I had two transactions to take care of… I was in and out in 15 minutes… thank you Greenville County for making improvements as our community grows…

They never answer the damn phone. I’ve tried calling for two days now to set up a payment plan for my taxes and am put on hold for 10-15 minutes just to be directed to an automated message and then the call ends. Very frustrating. I guess they don’t want their money.
