Had a few things to accomplish here, this newer building is very nice, clean and very state of the art. The drive into the parking lot made me think I was going the wrong way, ample parking in the garage but would love to know where the handicapped parking is for someone who might need to come here as I didn’t see anything close to the doors and it’s a walk to get to the doors here. The staff inside the building helped me find where I needed to go and thankfully my wait wasn’t long on the day I went.
Had to call this morning to straighten out a tax issue. Chris Hernandez was awesome! Answered all my questions and gave me a list of things he needed emailed to him. Everything was fixed in 10 minutes. I hope next time I call I get Chris again. He’s the example of customer service! Thanks to Chris Kenny Taylor
