Had to call this morning to straighten out a tax issue. Chris Hernandez was awesome! Answered all my questions and gave me a list of things he needed emailed to him. Today I went to the Tax Assessor's office to pay taxes on a boat I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me seemed disengaged and clearly viewed my presence as an inconvenience. When she asked for the boat's horsepower, I asked for a moment to look it up. Instead of allowing me the time, she defaulted to selecting the highest possible horsepower rating.
