This bank is hit or miss with the department that monitors the online banking department. I have overdraft protection and I have been hit with returned items. I have 3 accounts, and I transfer money from my savings account on a daily basis at times. It appears that if I miss a transfer before the morning, I wake up to multiple $30 fees. I have been a customer with Greenville for many years. I have 3 accounts with them. A transfer was delayed by just a few hours same day and I was charged $150.00 in fees. I spoke with Madison (the new manager at the Tipp City location) who was only willing to remove one fee despite having the funds available same day. When I advised Madison that the transfer was a simple mistake and that her competitors in Tipp City offer grace periods she advised me that I was welcome to find a bank that better suited my needs.
