I have been a customer with Greenville for many years. I have 3 accounts with them. A transfer was delayed by just a few hours same day and I was charged $150.00 in fees. I spoke with Madison (the new manager at the Tipp City location) who was only willing to remove one fee despite having the funds available same day. When I advised Madison that the transfer was a simple mistake and that her competitors in Tipp City offer grace periods she advised me that I was welcome to find a bank that better suited my needs.
