after I made a noobie mistake on ordering the wrong type of chain ring through Amazon, I contacted the store directly and spoke with Frank. Frank was beyond awesome! He offered me options on making the exchange happen. great place to do business with.

Was interested in buying a bike here. My girlfriend did buy one. She took it home and drove it around the neighborhood for 30 min. She needed pedal breaks or something easier on her hands...they didn't have what she needed. They told her if she returned it, there would be a 20% restocking fee. Nice people. Policy seems a little strict though. I'm just saying, make sure its exactly what you need when you leave the store.
Was profiled because there were "some thefts in the area". Immediately felt uncomfortable. They wanted to kind of keep an eye on me, I guess, so they followed me around the store shouting, "HURRY UP AND BUY!" I was shocked. Upon leaving, I was told, "I hope your mother knows where you are." At that point, I had to leave. To talk to customers like that?! Never buying anything from here again.
Classy place here. Employees were friendly and conversational. I plan to return for future bike needs.
