Love love love this shop! I came in and was immediately greeted by Chris - I told him I was looking for an e-bike but didn’t really know much about them or which one would be best for me (I’m a disabled vet so I needed something that would give me a little support while out riding). The knowledge and professionalism there is unmatched. Honest to god. True masters of their craft. I came in with issues that my bike manual did not address and these guys practically knew the problem before I walked in the door and fixed it in a timely manner. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent service, fast service and friendly staff 💯
I came to town from CO to visit a friend, and we were going to try to go ride some local and regional trails. Although the shop didn’t rent bikes, the shop owner called a regular shop customer and asked to borrow a bike. This was a huge ask. It was so gracious of the owner to reach out to one of the shop regulars, and even more amazing for that guy to loan a bike to a total stranger. Thanks Greenville Bicycle Co for a welcoming effort to get me out on the trails riding. NC is full of so many nice people. Thanks again!!!
