My brother has been a resident of Greenview for six weeks and my experience has been that the staff and management made the transition easy and welcoming. The moderate size of the residence gives Greenview a personal feel and the care staff have been pleasant and helpful. The building itself is freshly renovated, clean and very attractive. My brother has thanked us for finding Greenview for him and we feel fortunate that they had a space available almost immediately.
I called to make inquiries for my mom. Amazing customer service Spoke ti Bob the General Manager. His kindness overwelmed me. He made me feel so Understood through a very difficult time.
