Misleading, will take advantage of you every chance they can.
I received excellent service from GreenStone Farm Credit re-financing my agricultural zoned property the beginning of February 2020. Besides having great rates they were thorough, cooperative, supportive, informative, and efficient. Now, three years later, I remain happy they are my mortgage holder. I just wish I had known about GreenStone Farm Credit Services when I purchased the property in 2006!
Very disappointed in the process and lack of transparency with the loan department. Expectations were not properly set up and no solutions were discussed after my denial, I heard nothing even asking a direct question. Do better…
