Be away from this agency and i really can’t believe that good review are reel ! After visiting the flat and agreed, they told me the flat is out and for me, and i was asking what the next step…..? They ask me for a deposit and sign a contract, was many email and text to push me to be fast! When everything was done, they told me the check was not going well, i proposed many paper to proof or payment upfront! Greenstone Estates is by far the best real estate agency I have encountered. Lewis is extremely professional, responsive and helpful. The team works very quickly to enable agreements to go through in time. The follow-up care is also excellent with Lewis attending to an urgent issue we had at the property straight away. I wholeheartedly recommend Greenstone Estates for their dedication and professionalism.
Excellent service all the way from our hunt for a appartment, the initial visit which they happily accommodated to do virtually, the selection process and the support with arranging a start date for our tenancy that fit with our visa restrictions, they were very helpful. The management during the year was second to none and all issues were resolved efficiently. We would definitely recommend Greenstones Estates.
Charlatans! There may be such a system for renting apartments throughout London, but agents from greenstone take an advance payment, and you hope that you will get an apartment for rent , and then you getting refuse at the last moment. Incompetent work of agents, first you need to check the documents and then only take an advance payment, and so on, when you are sure that the deal will be concluded. I not recommend this agency
