They were supposed to be sending me a new card (it's time) and I spent nearly 20 minutes on the online chat and via phone with people who do not seem to know their behinds from a hole in the ground - the email said to call or chat to let them know the address was wrong and I spent forever with two people who could not seem to wrap their heads around the fact that my card wasn't stolen, that I was just calling to let them know they had the wrong address. This place has very shady business practices. If you have a choice go elsewhere.
Only ATM is OUT OF ORDER! Ridiculous. And u can't go inside the doors to other ATM during non business hours
Rebecca Stoedter made applying for a loan such a breeze, she walked me through every step of the way. Everything was able to be handled online as well which made it SO CONVENIENT!
