Only if zero stars was a option. We had a wreck that totalled our vehicle. We called GreenState and they said they would pick up the vehicle from the tow yard, and let us know what we still owed on the loan. We was like great, we waited, and we was on time with our payments as well. Next thing you know our credit report alerts us with a repo and over 100 point drop. We called them and asked what and why. It's always a joy working with Kara at the SW 9th street location. She is very personable and delivered exceptional service. My first encounter was went i went in to compare my auto rate,and she was able to provide me with options.

Double charged on auto pay, coincidentally the chat service was down for 2 days. To pay online you have to wire money from them to you, then back to them (seems super sketchy). paying over the phone is $25 charge on top of your payment. Would never recommend getting a loan from this fraudulent business.
