I have had nothing but issues with GreenState since I got my car loan. It took them over a year to fix my date of birth that they put in the system wrong despite me repeatedly confirming the correct date of birth. I also updated my phone number through my loan account as well as over the phone and the number apparently was not updated. So it takes another call to get updated.
