I worked with Jose, and he was amazing. He was top-notch in every way, from his readiness and speed of service to answering all of my questions. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Paid my car loan off in full 02/19/2025 with cash $5200 proceeds. It’s on an electronic lien title They won’t release it because they say they need to verify funds. The title won’t be available till February 27. I’ve sold my car. I need my title. Buyer needs title! I gave you the money give me my title. Verify funds, you have all the funds it was cash. I don’t understand what the problem is. There’s always some bull crap going on in this bank.
