I won’t go into all the mental fatigue, all of the failures over 2 years with this institution. The final straw was losing my title and not caring one bit. Fees and a days pay lost at the DMV. Don’t just run away, run, run, run very fast and far away from this business. Although friendly on the phone correcting many mistakes, don’t do it. You will regret the day you ever heard of this place.

Without a doubt the worst banking experience I have ever had. I have been a loyal customer for years but after today I will be closing all accounts. The lack of attention and understanding of the staff shows me the standard this branch holds its employees has plummeted. I tried depositing a check and the young lady working tried insisting it was fraudulent. After a brief back and forth she goes to fetch who I can only assume is her supervisor.
