I called them through someone’s reference. That person told me to speak directly with Mr. Shahzad about my queries and to mention that XYZ gave me his contact. When I called, the operator answered, and I tried to convince her to transfer my call to Mr. Shahzad. I even told her I was willing to pay the consultation fee. But maybe she thought I wasn’t an important client, so she ended the call herself, since all my questions were the same as the usual PR-related queries everyone has these days.
