Lena is amazing! Truly no other option for me, at this point.
Run, do not walk, to Greenspring Wellness! Lena has a true gift for connecting to people, which was evident during my customized massage. I had so much neck and shoulder tension that she just melted away. Her demeaner puts you at ease and her touch heals what ails you! The space is so comfortable and welcoming, like I was at home. I am only sorry I waited this long to see Lena and I will be returning as soon as possible.
Lena is a wonderful practitioner. I received craniosacral therapy from her. I'd never had it before and didn't know what to expect. She listened attentively to what I needed and explained what to expect from the treatment. She has a welcoming and comforting energy, and is so skilled with touch--it was one of the most calming experiences I've ever had--I felt my nervous system slowing down and regulating during the treatment and for the rest of the day.
